New Business
Tournament of Champions
- With Giles’ departure to Atenveldt, Kudrun is Autocrat.
- Setup will take place the night before the event (March 31st).
- We will open rooms on an as-needed basis.
- The Royalty Room will be locked, so we will have no need for guards.
- Their Highnesses requested that any obviously mundane items behind Their presence area be covered, if possible.
- There is no deadline to sign up for any of the tournaments–i.e. people can register the day of the event.
- A person can only compete in one tournament.
- Their Highnesses prefer feast to be held after Court, which will only be to announce Their Champions and to award any scrolls that Their Majesties may send.
- There are as yet no set formats for the fighting tournaments.
- Anyone interested in being part of the Royal Retinue for the event (particularly newcomers) should contact Kudrun.
- Valgarth is buying walkie-talkies for the event.
- It would be a Good Thing to put the volunteer lists on the Rokeclif website.
Webminister’s note: Like anything, I can’t make this stuff up out of thin air. Whomevever needs volunteers for their activities needs to tell me how many people are needed, and when and where, and for how long. Thanks.
Other New Business
- Gavin is moving back to Rokeclif.
Meeting adjourned at approximately 4:50 pm., followed by taste-testing the proposed feast menu for Tournament of Champions, prepared by Maewyn.
